Who can join the Mothers Circle?
This circle is designed for mothers at any stage — with babies, toddlers or older children welcome too. We’re meeting in nature (weather dependent), where little ones can explore while we take time to nurture ourselves

What is "Mothers Circle"?
While many groups focus on babies/toddlers, this circle focuses on you, the mother, providing support during this significant and transitional time.
This space welcomes mothers exactly as they are, even after sleepless nights, providing a platform to share struggles, insights, learnings, joys and laughter of motherhood without judgment — because the reality of this journey isn't always smiles, and that's perfectly okay!
What happens in our Circles?
・ Circle time for sharing and connecting
・ Relaxation, breath work, creative journaling and more

But what are "Circles" ?
Throughout human history, people have gathered in circles to share their stories. Circles offer a simple, safe space to pause the daily hustle and focus on your journey as an expecting mother and the life growing within you.
We use the Mother Nature Card Deck which is designed to support your personal transformation journey as a mother. The images and principles will guide, nourish and empower you.

*About language*
I understand that most people who give birth identify as women, but I also acknowledge that some individuals do not identify as women or mothers.
However, given the global marginalisation and oppression of women, I have chosen not to remove the terms ‘woman’ and ‘mother’ from the names and focus of certain groups I facilitate.
When I use these words, it is not meant to exclude anyone who gives birth but does not identify as a woman or mother, but rather to honour and appreciate the identity of those who do.
